Benefits of eating nuts for breakfast

It has become non-negotiable for me to always include four almonds and one walnut in my kids’ breakfast as part of our morning ritual. I am absolutely convinced that these two nuts have extraordinary power to fuel both their developing bodies and minds.

Here are the five reasons to include soaked almonds in your child’s diet.

Often referred to as “brain food,” almonds are a true nutritional powerhouse. They actively enhance children’s cognitive growth, memory retention, and healthy brain function because they are bursting with vitamin E. Furthermore, almonds are a great source of dietary fiber, good fats, and antioxidants, all of which improve one’s general health and support a healthy digestive system.

Walnuts, meanwhile, resemble little marvels in the form of a brain. Walnuts’ remarkable combination of omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and minerals also extends its health advantages to the cardiovascular system, ensuring that their hearts stay strong and healthy.
